Meet The Team

Our team is so excited to help you get back to feeling like yourself. Whether that’s getting back in the gym, on the trail, or in the court, we are so excited to help get you back to not only where you were, but beyond.

About us

Grow mentally, physically, and professionally.

We’re a team of 4,000-plus improving thousands of lives every day. This growth is part of the reason we’re a Certified Great Place to Work and is achieved through continuous learning from industry-leading coaching and benefit offerings.

We walk the talk

We are not only performance physical therapists and strength and conditioning experts but we are avid fitness junkies who run the same trails you do, participate in the same WODs, and play on the same courts. That’s what sets us apart. We actually GET what you do.

What Other People Just
Like You Are Saying About
Vitality Therapy And Performance…

A simple, generic silhouette of a person's head and shoulders displayed against a plain, light gray background, symbolizing pelvic health.
Tom Watkins

This place is fantastic! They truly care about making people feel better long term not just hit a marker and send you on your way. The staff here is knowledgeable and can help many kinds of athletes move past several types of performance barriers. The one-on-one experience here is bar none I have had other places. Vitality has helped to drive home the point that I should not wait until an injury occurs to seek help. It is possible to identify weak spots and prevent injury so that I can keep doing what I love to do! Triathlons!

I saw Tristen while I was pregnant due to some pain that I was having. She helped me a ton with tips and tricks on how to help alleviate the pain; pain that I thought was just another part of pregnancy. I was nervous about going in, but she made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. Going to see her helped me get rid of the pain and made my pregnancy so much more enjoyable. I was able to be active my entire pregnancy because of her assistance. I will certainly be going back after baby arrives!

How Does Vitality Therapy
& Performance
Stand Out From The Rest?

physical-therapy100

Are you dealing with pain, discomfort, or injury that’s keeping you from living an active and healthy lifestyle?

We help active adults and athletes stay pain-free and injury-free without expensive medical procedures or having to take unnecessary time off.

The Physical Therapy experience is different here at Vitality because we go after the root cause by taking a full-body approach. We put your goals at the center of every session and strive to actually prepare your body for the physical activities you’re trying to return to.

Think of this, we don’t stop once we find symptom relief. Whether you’re here for performance physical therapy or women’s health, our goal is that every person that walks through the door leaves more confident and accomplished. We achieve this by spending a full hour with you every time you come in so that we can really get into the nitty gritty details surrounding your condition. We actually want to establish a relationship with you and help you achieve your goals as fast as possible.

Two men in a gym, one with a beard assisting the other with a wrist device focused on physical therapy, standing by fitness equipment and a whiteboard with workout plans.

The types of people who come see us aren’t happy with the generic advice they’ve been given by other healthcare providers, like “just rest” or “take this medication”, or “just don’t exercise anymore”. These are people who want to minimize time away from the activities they love, whether it’s a competitive sport or going to the gym, running, attending a CrossFit class, or just being active with their family. Most of all, they want to feel strong and confident while doing these things, not injured and discouraged.

We hear these stories all day long and people come to see us because they want more active solutions to keep them on the go. Because we spend that full hour with you crafting an individualized game plan, we are able to get people back to their favorite activity in a fraction of the time it typically takes, well below the national average –and that means a lot– because that’s less time you have to drive to a PT office, less time you have to find childcare, that’s less time you have be away from your job and the things you enjoy in life.

We understand that you might need more information before making the decision to come see us, and so I encourage you to reach out for a free discovery call. It’s as easy as shooting us a text or submitting a short form on our website.
