I had been suffering from a lumbar disc issue and hip pain for years. I have had spinal injections, acupuncture, chiropractic care, etc, with no lasting results. Three visits with Anders, the best I have felt in years. You have to do the work, but you will get real results that last. I highly recommend Anders. She is knowledgeable and great to work with.

I found Vitality Therapy and Performance a few months ago after suffering a groin injury playing ultimate frisbee. I sensed that the injury was merely a symptom of losing strength and mobility by spending several hours a day in a chair for my job. I am SO glad that I came to Vitality. Dr. Broussard is incredibly skilled at not only identifying the source of the injury but also analyzing body mechanics to address underlying issues. On my first visit, she watched me walk and deep squat and identified immediately that I had diminished hip and ankle mobility, weak hip flexors, and glutes. By my second visit, my mobility was already starting to improve. On my third visit, she watched me squat under weight and identified one detail of my form that has immediately fixed my barbell back squat. Right away, I went from only being able to comfortably squat 115 lbs (due to poor form) to repping 155 lbs comfortably with the adjustments she prescribed. I am well on my way to achieving my personal goals of functional fitness and mobility thanks to Vitality. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism, competence, clear communication, and customer service of Dr. Broussard and Vitality! I have been working with Chris Contois to rehab my knee from a meniscal injury. He is very smart and very easy to talk to. Not only regarding exercises to strengthen certain muscles, but he is very good at explaining the "why" part of the stiffness/pain. Chris is excellent at listening and switching up exercises, rather than just having a "strict" rehab plan. Highly recommend if you have pain issues associated with a musculoskeletal injury.

I took advantage of an online promo they were running for a deeply discounted introductory session. I had been struggling with major lower back pain for more than 2 months since a weightlifting injury. Muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory meds from my doctor did nothing to help, nor did substantial rest and reduced load in the gym. I met with Chris Contois for a session, and he was super friendly and personable. He figured out the specifics of my injury almost immediately, showed me how to release the muscle with a softball and some various stretches, then set me up with a plan to fix the muscular imbalances that caused the injury. Instead of trying to profit off my injury, he told me straight up I didn’t need to come back unless I failed to improve while following his protocol for a few weeks. Sure enough, between the stretches, self-myofascial release, and a few simple band-resisted exercises, I have radically improved in a short time. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!
