Hiring

Now hiring an orthopedic or pelvic floor physical therapist!! Vitality is on the lookout for a passionate and creative PT to join our team! If you value providing physical therapy the way it actually should be delivered, this might just be the opportunity you are looking for.

Who We Want:

Before I get into who we are as a clinic, I would like to describe who we are looking for… Are you constantly scrolling through job listings of vanilla corporate clinics looking for a place that has a personality? Are you looking for a clinic that is filled with therapists who aren’t okay settling for the high volume, low reward clinics that are focused on units billed only to reward you with wearing jeans on Fridays? You feel like you deserve more after putting so much effort into school and honing your craft.
We get it. We have been there ourselves. Vitality is a locally owned company whose owners were not okay with providing watered down care. We knew there was a better way, and we were doing our patients a disservice by NOT opening this clinic.

Our Growth:

So here we are almost 3+ years later and growing rapidly! We are an out of network (cash pay) physical therapy clinic who specializes in not only orthopedic therapy, but also pelvic floor therapy. I would encourage you to check out our website (if you haven’t already) to see who we are as a team.

The Role:

The role we are looking to fill is for a orthopedic or pelvic floor physical therapist (open to full time or part time). The role will be to help our patients not only reach their goals but push beyond what they were expecting. This is possible in our one on one, hour long visit model that encourages individualized and attentive care. Our therapists are expected to be bookable for 36 hours per week, that way they have time to do notes without going over 40 hours (work life balance can exist in PT). We have a high value on continuing education and professional growth, because if our therapists are stagnant, then our clinic is stagnant. There are occasional extra opportunities to provide value beyond clinical care through content creation, working local events, workshops, and various other opportunities. Oh and athleisure is appropriate at work!

Expectations for Success:

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about your work and provide highly individualized care. You will have a fitness forward treatment approach that encourages patients to get off the table as quickly as possible, that way they can start progressing in their higher-level activity goals. You will place a high value on pushing your clinical skillset and always be learning. You will place a high value on collaborating with other like-minded healthcare providers so that the patient receives a holistic and complete treatment approach. You will be engaging with your team members and patients in a way that reflects positively on the clinic.

How to Apply:

Next steps: submit a resume and a 4-5 sentence paragraph on why this job resonates with you to [email protected]. Hope to hear from you soon!!
